These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website made available for the Unfreeze Ontario Campaign. The website is operated by Ryan ULC (“Ryan”) in connection with a public advocacy and educational initiative. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Purpose of the Website
The website provides public information, education, and advocacy-related materials concerning Ontario public policy and related coalition activity. The website is not intended to provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, political, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals regarding your particular circumstances.

Ryan’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the website is governed by the Unfreeze Ontario Privacy Notice, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Ryan may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website at any time. Ryan may update these Terms of Use from time to time. 10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Use or the website.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Ryan’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryan concerning your use of the website.
